If your company is not listed and you would like to have your logs programmed please send five(5) blank original logs and one(1) log that has been filled out to the address below. We cannot program logs that are faxed to us. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for programming. If you would like your request expedited please include a check or money order for $50.00.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS | |||
| Please be sure you do an Online Update before you try to use the Pre-printed Logs. | |||
| Once you have downloaded the preprinted log file to your desktop, be sure Truckers Helper is closed before you click on it. Once you click on the file it will install the necessary files into the Truckers Helper folder. Once installed, the Truckers Helper will start. | |||
| When Truckers Helper opens you will see the message that indicates the log has been installed. The message will say something similar to: | |||

| Next you will need to open Logmaster to set up the logs. With the drivers version you need to click on the Logmaster icon in the program flow: | |||

| In all other versions of the program you will need to click on Drivers/Logs - Log Master. | |||

| Once you are in the Log Master screen you need to click on OPTIONS/Edit Office Address Info. | |||

| The Carrier Address screen will appear. You will need to click on SETUP/Select Log Page | |||
 |
|||
| Be sure to use the drop-down box to select the appropriate log. | |||
 |

| Now that you have selected the log you are ready to print your logs with your pre-printed form. To print a log click on REPORTS/Print Log Page/Black Grid. Do not use the Quick Print button next to the log. | |||

| The Select Dates to Print box will appear. Be sure Single Day is checked and the starting date will be the date of the log you want to print. | |||

| The Log will appear on the screen. Now just click on Print on the bottom of the screen to print the log. | |||
 |

| We have tested the logs on several types of printers. Obviously we can't test them on all printers so there is an adjustment feature built into the program. If there are any print adjustments to be made, You need to go back to Carrier Address page where you selected the log and use the up/down and left/right adjustments. | |||
